MIX Networks Expands Network Infrastructure

MIX Networks Expands Network Infrastructure

LAKELAND, Fla. (PRWEB) November 27, 2017

MIX Networks, Hosted-PBX, and UCaaS provider to SMBs, Enterprises, and the Senior/Assisted Living and Hospitality Markets across the United States, announces a new West Coast point-of-presence at ViaWest in Las Vegas. This third POP in MIX’s network adds to the current locations in Secaucus, New Jersey and Dallas, Texas. This third POP adds even more geographic diversity to the network, creates more options for managing load, and increases the overall network capacity by over twenty-five percent.

“Through our combination of personalized customer support and unparalleled uptime, MIX Network’s customer base continues to grow at an unprecedented rate,” said Louie Holmes, CEO, and Founder of MIX Networks. “This expansion will not only provide additional redundancy for our network but keeps us ahead of the growth curve so that our existing and new customers never have to be concerned about capacity issues.”

MIX will also be adding capacity to the Secaucus and Dallas POPs in the near future. The Active-Active architecture used by MIX will enable these expansions with no impact on existing traffic. Services are distributed and replicated across all existing points-of-presence. When new servers become available, MIX immediately begins distributing load to the new servers. In the event of an outage, the process simply works in reverse to continue offering uninterrupted service to callers.
